The dissemination of information to benefit the scientific community and ultimately, the public, is critical to ILSI's mission. ILSI's professional, scientific, and scholarly publications, as well as its quarterly newsletter, ILSI News, make available to the international scientific community the important research findings and analyses supported by ILSI, its institutes, centers, and its branches.

Nutrition Reviews
In publication since 1942, Nutrition Reviews is the leading resource among scientific journals providing state-of-the-art information on developments in nutrition, dietetics, food science, and nutrition science policy. Full-text access to Nutrition Reviews is now available online.

Nutrition in Clinical Care
Available April 2003 from ILSI Press, Nutrition in Clinical Care is a peer-reviewed journal intended for clinicians and researchers interested in nutrition, its role in clinical medicine, and its application to optimal patient care. The journal is now published quarterly by the International Life Sciences Institute and is edited at Tufts University by Irwin H. Rosenberg, MD, dean of the Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy. Featuring in-depth critical reviews on specific nutrition science topics, each issue also contains a continuing education article for which Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician's Recognition Award may be obtained.

ILSI has published several major publications, including the eighth edition of Present Knowledge in Nutrition. This landmark reference and text on nutrition science has been in continuous publication since 1953 and over the years, various editions have been translated into Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Korean, and Chinese. The eighth edition, edited by Dr. Barbara Bowman and Dr. Robert Russell, surveys the scope of current nutrient science.
